Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Two Eleven ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users of Two Eleven, including the Smriti AI companion service, voice sessions, text chat, and any associated features.

Two Eleven provides access to Smriti — an AI companion — through voice sessions and text chat. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by adults aged 13 and older.

Smriti is an AI. She is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, medical professional, or crisis counsellor. Nothing she says constitutes medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. If you are in crisis or require urgent help, please contact emergency services or a mental health professional in your area.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Two Eleven. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age.
• You will provide accurate information during registration.
• You will keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Two Eleven offers the following plans:

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Google Play. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

To cancel, manage your subscription through the Google Play Store. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

You agree not to use Two Eleven to:

• Harass, abuse, or attempt to manipulate the Smriti AI into harmful outputs.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary system prompts or model weights.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Share your account with others or resell access to the service.
• Attempt to circumvent session limits, billing systems, or access controls.

Two Eleven, Smriti, Smriti Labs, and all associated branding, designs, and technology are the intellectual property of Two Eleven. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

The content of your conversations with Smriti belongs to you. By using the service, you grant Two Eleven a limited licence to process and store that content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

Two Eleven is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Smriti's responses will be accurate, appropriate, or meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Two Eleven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Two Eleven shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
