Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Smriti Labs ("we", "us", or "our") operates Two Eleven and the Smriti AI companion service. Web purchases — including monthly subscriptions and token top-up packs — are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorised reseller. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.

2. 14-day refund guarantee

You may request a full refund on any purchase — subscription or token pack — within 14 days of the original payment date. No questions asked.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address and the date of the charge. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Monthly subscriptions

Smriti offers two subscription plans — Lite (₹399/month) and Pro (₹1,999/month) — billed monthly through Paddle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until that date. No further charges are made after cancellation.

Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund on any subscription payment if you request it within 14 days of the charge date, in accordance with our 14-day refund guarantee above.

4. Token top-up packs

Token packs (₹99, ₹249, ₹499) are one-time purchases that add extra conversation tokens to your account.

Refunds

Token pack purchases are covered by our 14-day refund guarantee. If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription in two ways:

  • In the app: Open Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.
  • By email: Write to [email protected] with your registered email address and we will cancel within 1 business day.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your registered email address.
  • The date and amount of the charge.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve any genuine issue directly and promptly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Smriti after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
